Session 2: Mal Abbas, Biome Collective  Primates, Primary Schools and Playing Games

They say never to work with children or animals. But when Director and Creative Producer of Biome Collective Malath Abbas took on a commission for an online game to tie in with the exhibition Monkey Business at the National Museum of Scotland, he ignored this advice.

In this talk Mal shares his experiences of becoming involved in the project, masterminded by the National Museum of Scotland’s Elaine MacIntyre, involving school children across Scotland in a competition to design a monkey game. Mal uncovers how his team bought the winning idea into reality.
